Position Description
Dave Droegkamp Heating, Cooling & Air Quality is a family-owned HVAC company located in Hartland. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for both our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in residential and HVAC system installations, and any boiler experience or interest is a plus!
Position Requirements
- Proficient understanding of HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to operate tools safely.
- Willingness to obtain NATE/EPA certification if not already certified.
- Boiler experience or high interest in learning is a major plus!
- Positive attitude, integrity and a strong work ethic a must!
Position Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems, including ductwork, RTUs, mini-splits, furnaces, split systems, boilers, in-floor radiant systems, and more.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Accurately complete and submit invoices and reports for future service or warranty purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs or more.
- Show a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time position, Monday – Friday (on-call rotation for weekends & holidays).
- Additional pay for being on-call.
