    Sales Representative-Experienced-HVAC

    Dave Droegkamp Heating, Cooling & Air Quality, a well-established, respected, family-owned and operated heating, air conditioning, and sheet metal company located in Hartland, WI, is seeking qualified applicants to fill this position opening.

    Seeking an experienced residential sales representative.
    Applicants should have direct sales experience and a proven ability within commissioned sales structures. Formal sales training with experience performing in-home sales appointments is beneficial and preferred. Knowledge of the HVAC industry, trades, or related home building, remodeling, or home improvement is also beneficial.
    Through a formal sales process, salesmen will be able to identify customer needs, understand opportunities, and provide appropriate options and solutions to meet customers’ needs/expectations.

    The sales rep will generate formal proposals to identify options, features, benefits, and pricing. Applicants should be familiar with financing, promotions, discounts, rebates, and how to effectively present pricing, value, return on investment, and net cost scenarios to customers. Exceptional customer relations skills are imperative, and timely follow-through is a must. Applicants must be willing to effectively network, generate sales leads and referrals, and work with an existing customer base as needed to generate profitable sales contracts.
