Dave Droegkamp Heating provided friendly customer service for scheduling the appointment, followed-up the morning of the appointment, and they were punctual. The technician was professionally dressed and spent time to understand the issues we were experiencing. He periodically provided updates to inform us on what he was finding and took time along the way to explain what repairs were recommended and why. At the end of appointment the service person took 10 minutes to review both an A/C and furnace service checklist which were very thorough and outlined all repairs completed. Parts that were replaced were presented to show me they had been removed and we were asked if we wanted to keep them or if we wanted him to dispose. A thorough review of the billing was provided at the end of the call.

On January 17th at 10 PM our furnace stopped working. Rather than call on a Sunday, we used the fireplace and bundled up against the -6 degree cold. I called Dave Droegkamp Heating at 7 AM. Linda said a crew would be our between 10 and 2 PM. Greg and Manny called at 8:30 saying they would be at our house in a few minutes. WOW! Greg and Manny diagnosed the problem and even climbed up on the roof in the bitter cold to remove the ice on the exhaust pipe. They even made an adjustment so ice will not form as easily.
